The makers of ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ have released a few promotional pictures featuring R Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut. The film is a sequel to the 2011 Hindi romantic comedy ‘Tanu Weds Manu’, which was also directed by Anand L Rai – who also directed Sonam Kapoor and Dhanush in ‘Raanjhaana’. ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ has been produced by Eros International and Anand L Rai. In both the pictures that have been released, Kangana is seen without make-up. The film releases in theatres on May 31 2015.

Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya wins box-office race

Of the two releases last week – both medium budget films with a small but reliable star cast, Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya has clearly won the box-office race. After a good weekend of  7.8 crores, the film has held up well on Monday, to take it’s 4 day total to around Rs 9.5 crores. The film opened to an average response on Friday (1.9 crores), picked up considerably on Saturday (2.5 crores) and did exceptionally well on Sunday (3.4 crores).

In the upcoming romantic comedy Jodi Breakers, Madhavan and Bipasha Basu make their debut as an on-screen couple. Their pairing is unusual yet cute. Along with them, the movie also features Omi Vaidya and Dipannita Sharma in supporting roles. Below is a video of the song Kunwara from the movie Jodi Breakers. The video is cool yet sexy with Madhavan surrounded and dancing along with hot girls in Bikini. He looks dashing in blak suit and the funky red glasses. The first look of Jodi Breakers starring Madhavan and Bipasha Basu is out and the tagline reads ‘Single rehne ka bejod formula’. The shooting is complete and the film, directed by Ashwini Chaudhary, is scheduled for release on February 24th 2012.

A very unusual couple has been dicovered in Bollywood. Bipasha Basu and Madhavan make their debut as an on screen couple in a romantic comedy movie Jodi Breakers which was earlier titled as Fast Forward Shaadi. Directed by Ashwini Chaudhary, the movie also stars Omi Vaidya, Milind Soman and Dipannita Sharma.

Guess who is called the “Hrithik Roshan of the South”? Its none other than 3 Idiots star R Madhavan. Hard to understand why and the actor, in an interview with Times of India, agrees. “I really don’t know. But I think its an insult to Hrithik. He’s so good looking, a great actor and a fabulous dancer. I feel sorry for him whenever I am called that.” he smiles. And he admits that “after all, nobody calls Hrithik the Madhavan of Bollywood.” Strange. While we love Madhavan and rate him highly as an actor, wonder why
