Cocktail, the recent release starring Saif-Deepika-Diana, has found acceptance amongst the urban audience and hence it is doing good business across the high end multiplexes. Co-written by Imtiaz Ali, director Homi Adajania has brilliantly highlighted the Gen-X attitude and mentality. We all are influenced from the Western Culture obviously as they are the highly progressive countries. So we pretend to be having the so-called ‘Mod attitude’. The most common day-to-day dialogs you hear will be : ‘I wanna be myself’,’ I am an independent person’,’ I live life on my own terms’,’ I enjoy life to the fullest, who cares about tomorrow’ and the list goes on.

Saif Ali Khan is back!

His last hit was Love Aaj Kal in 2009. Since then, Saif Ali Khan has featured in three films – Kurbaan, Aarakshan, Agent Vinod – two of them with girlfriend Kareena Kapoor and none of them made a mark at the box-office. This week, the keenly-awaited Cocktail released to a fantastic response.  The distributors and exhibitors are now pretty upbeat about the box-office prospects of the film. Randeep Hooda, who has major roles to play in ‘Jism 2’ and ‘Heroine’, has a special appearance in Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Cocktail’. “He just has a special appearance in the film. He has been kind enough to do it. He is an experienced actor and he doesn’t think if a role is big or small,”  said Dinesh Vijan, one of the producers of Cocktail.
