Hollywood superstar Will Smith was the special guest at Akshay Kumar’s ‘success party’, as he celebrated one of his most successful years in the industry. The superstar delivered three back-to-back successful film – starting with Airlift in January, Housefull 3 in June and Rustom in August.
All films crossed the 100 crore mark at the domestic box office.
Other actors spotted at the bash were Varun Dhawan, Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor, Rohit Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Shraddha Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Akshay’s wife Twinkle Khanna.

Now Akki does many films a year and chooses medium budget films but his ability to even have a Rustom or Airlift cross 120 crores and double the investment is commendable…which a 100 crore budget failed to do for your star…there is no harm in doing big budget mega films but at end of the day you gotta make money…Akshay is very comfortable where he is…he churned 3 winners this year which would have made profit more than Hrithiks last 5 films combined (considering 1 was a flop and 1 just recovered costs…)…In any business profit matters….You want to be Kingfisher airlines – go ahead but someday your star will finish
