The battle for IPL supremacy is nearing its closing stages, with 4 teams qualifying for the playoffs. Two of those are co-owned by Bollywood stars Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta, with their teams Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab battling it out, at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata today, for a spot in the IPL Finals.
While Preity’s Kings XI Punjab topped the table in the league stage, SRK’s KKR claimed the second spot mainly due to Yusuf Pathan’s timely return to form.
The other two teams are Chennai Super Kings and defending champions Mumbai Indians – who miraculously made it to the playoffs after losing all their 5 matches in the UAE leg of the tournament.

If it rains today and match is cancelled then Kings XI will go directly to the final and KKR will have to play match against winner of Mumbai vs Chennai.
If they play the match, then I feel KKR have a great chance since they are playing on their home ground.

Mumbai indians or Punjab will win this years IPL.Also chennai has a good chance but KKR has little chance bcoz it is a leap year blockbuster team of leap year blockbuster star which is not consistent and only give blockbuster performance in a gap of 4 years.lol

Its really tough to predict as all teams are very good. But i think csk has better chance among all other teams main due to msd captaincy.

Our kings team can win IPL but we need support from other team fielders and we pray that they drop the catch of yusuf pathan again in starting of his inning and then our pathan will utilize that opportunity which he got by drop catch like our king also utilize opportunity of working in movies rejected by other superstars in starting of his career

Also one reason could be that Eliminator is going to be played in mumbai…and if there were no MI playing,stands would have been empty…
