Rajkumar Hirani has said that he and Abhijat Joshi, the writers behind films like ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’, ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘PK’, have started working on the 3rd Munnabhai film, which will feature Sanjay Dutt in the lead.
Arshad Warsi will also be seen playing the iconic character of Sarkeshwar popularly known as ‘circuit’ in the third film.
“We have begun working on it. It has taken time because the film should be better than the first two instalments, so we didn’t want to hurry. We’ve finally cracked a great concept” Hirani said.
The director also confirmed the presence of Sanjay and Arshad.
“We usually don’t think of casting until the script is finished. But Sanjay and Arshad will definitely be part of the project,” he added.

I always hear people praising hirani for his movies but I never hear an one praising joshi, even though he writes the movies as well.. Many people done even know who he is or that hirani takes help from him

What do you mean hirani takes ‘help’ from him? They are co-writers. They work together. And Abhijat Joshi is not well known coz Bollywood fans worship actors, not directors.

Adi Yrf and Kjo Dharma can’t match their movie quality with Rajkumar Hirani.
From Munna Bhai MBBS to PK Hirani done a great job which are not matchable for Adi Kjo for near future.
Srk or Salman can make a movie Blockbuster while Rajkumar Hirani make a movie Blockbuster on his shoulder.
In coming year you can see yourselves When Adis-Befikre, KJos- Aye Dil Hai Mushkil, And Hirani’s- Sanjay Biopic Release.
@Im Bollywood fan, the main reason is that Raju is not only the writer but he also is brilliant director as well, a great story is applaudable but without a director and editor like Raju and other great directors you can’t create great script to appeal a very large section of audience.
there are many directors who may have achieve success with different genre and back to back films like Neeraj pandey and shoojit sirkar.But Raju is only one whose films appealed in Single screens,multiplexes,family and youth audience and Critics department as well. He make every one happy from his products.
when this movie breaks lifetime records salmir fans accept that sanjay dutt is more popular than salmir. lol
