PK has recorded the second highest collections of all time, behind the Rs 189 crore total of Dhoom 3. However, the Hindi only collections of Dhoom 3 was lower than the first week business of PK.
The Aamir Khan film is ahead of Kick and Happy New Year, and has also beaten films like Bang Bang and Singham Returns in less than a week.
Looking at the collections on Friday, PK has every chance of becoming the highest grosser of the year by the end of its second weekend.
