It’ll be superstar Akshay Kumar who will be  Rajinkanth’s nemesis in the sequel to Robot.

There were rumours that Hrithik Roshan or Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger would be signed to play the negative role in Robot 2, but it has now been confirmed that it’ll be none other than Akshay Kumar who will play the negative lead.

Akshay’s presence will significantly increase the reach of Robot 2 all over India. His role will be as big as Rajinikanth’s in the sequel to the super successful Enthiran.

The biggest superstar from the south will take on one of the most popular stars from the Hindi film industry. Can’t get bigger, can it?

  • Rajni is badly out of form post robot 1 while akki gives only hits in best case scenarios. Plus akki may hv superb in ajnabee but in recent times was pathetic as villain in ouatimdobara as well as blue. He just brutally overacts whenever he plays a negative role.

  • Quality actors will not do that role. Hritik and Arnold Schwarzenegger no they can’t. Aamir too rejected the offer as well. After all Hritik knows how negative characters are from Vivek oberoi Shah rukh knows about arjun rampal so who else do you expect to do the role with good money coming. It is only our Joker boy that will jump for it if not plead for the role secretly.. Indicine anytime I comment on Akshay you don’t publish why?
