Director Ali Abbas Zafar, who will be directing Salman Khan in ‘Sultan’ has revealed that the 2016 Eid release will be a typical commercial entertainer, with lots of human emotions and a heart.
Zafar said “It’s a typical commercial film. But the film will have a lot of human emotions and a heart. It won’t just be a masala potboiler.”
Even though ‘Sultan’ is a film where the lead character plays the role of a wrestler, the film will have typical song and dance numbers.
The Salman Khan starrer will be shot in one straight schedule that starts in mid-November and ends mid-March. The superstar has already given all his dates (apart from weekend shoot of Bigg Boss) to the makers of the film.
“The film will be shot from mid-November to mid-March. There will be one full schedule only” Zafar said.
EID belongs to one and only megastar Salman.Sultan may be the 1st or 2nd grosser of 2016 with Dangal.Salman n Amir will rule Bollywood from 2008-2020.

#Sultan is a story of a wrestler from Haryana who enters in MMA fight later, which for Salman learning kick boxing & other stuff. Where #Dangal is biopic on Legend where Aamir is playing a father of two daughters, he will do & teach kushti. So both films are different to each other.

With every punch from his opponent, Sultan aka criminal khan will start his dance out of pain. This fulfills the first criteria.
When his opponent will completely thrash him off and scores a knockout, a sad song will be played in the background mourning the defeat of sultan khan. This fulfills the second criteria.
