Salman Khan reigns supreme at the box office yet again as Sultan made history on its opening day at the box office, recording one of the highest single day collections in the history of the Hindi film industry. As per early estimates, the film has collected Rs 41-42 crore on Day 1.
Wednesday was a working day in several parts of the country and holiday in a few others. It was also the day before Eid, so business was affected at a few circuits. The impact of ‘Pre-Eid’ isn’t huge for other films, but for a Salman Khan starrer, the dent is quite significant.
Factors aside, the film would have probably collected around Rs 47-48 crore on a big national holiday like Diwali or Independence Day, with an outside chance of even becoming the first film to cross the 50 crore mark. In fact, Sultan would have probably achieved a near 50 crore total if it released on Eid holiday.

Yash Raj Films’ has officially confirmed that Sultan has released on 4352 screens, making it the widest ever release for a Hindi film in India. The film has performed well across the country too, from east to west, north to south.. every centre was strong, barring a few muslim-dominated areas.
Sultan has already become the 8th highest grosser of the year on its first day. The Ali Abbas Zafar directed film has collected more than the lifetime business of films like Wazir, Ghayal Once Again, Azhar, Kya Kool Hai Hum 3, Jai Gangaajal, Rocky Handsome – all trounced on Day 1 itself.
The next two days promise to be equally exciting as the muslim section of the audience, who are now used to watching Salman films during this period of the year, come out in huge numbers on the Eid holiday and the day after Eid. Films like Ki and Ka, Udta Punjab, Kapoor & Sons and Neerja will be left behind on Day 2. There is also a chance for Sultan to beat FAN in 2 days flat. For this to happen, the film will have to perform on a high level on Thursday too and the trend will also give a more clearer picture on the word-of-mouth.

It means the HNY’s real record (40.02cr first day trade) has been finally broken by Sultan on a partial holiday.
YRF generally do not give high figures from trade fig., so acc. to producer’s fig hny will be ahead. This is not good.

Though It’s not suit a class fan like me to review such a c grade gunday legend-non actor duo turtourous mahacrap of the millennium phultan aka sultan.
4 stars from @indicine means a crap according to salman fans that I remembered.
It’s not a typical movie review it’s a mix of complete information about the movie along with it’s negatives(as there is no positives associated with the movie)
Jokes apart,all of my friend who already warned by me not to watch the movie at theatre who successfully completed of watching bb last time at they are now suffering from mental health.now who is responsible for their mental condition,of course they,yeah of course they’re salman fans and they didn’t listened to me even a bit and suffering now like he’ll after spending 700+ rs in multiplexes of Hyderabad.
All Abbas zafar and salman khan should be filed a case of mentally harrassing people in the name of entertainment.
The gunday legend director all Abbas zafar didn’t even spared a bit frame to torture the audience.

Whenever bhai comes to screen they felt too much irritated as bhai couldn’t give more than one expression and his utter garbage haryanvi is worse than even his spoken broken English in his interviews.it took all the audience to hell.
Meanwhile when Randeep hooda enters the crowd start cheering and clapping with you but you know ali abbas zafar—-the gunday legend.he seems to have taken the path to to torture the audience through out 2:30 hour.
Many of people were snoring,many were left the hall before the interval.some were gone senseless and some still feeling hallucination and taught a lifetime lesson of not watching any salman movie at theatre.
Negatives of sultan
There is not a bit reality which is the expectation from each salman movies ,and it is a not a biopic as they’re making fool the audience,beware think before expending even a penny after such degraded lower class movies.

the FATHER-DAUGHTER Jodi salman-anushka couldn’t make rock the audience even in rock music.and the songs are so much irritating that you couldn’t even listen to by your naked ear.
Gunday Legend —-ali abbas zafar,he always ensured the audience that as long as he will direct he’ll make his next movie worst ever compared to his previous movies and will not spare a single audience for a single span of time to torture.
Yes you guessed right,auktan is much much much much worse than gunday,even worse than salman’s all previous worst movies and probably is going to beat the record taht even Ram Gopal Verma ki Aag and David’s humshakals and ajay devgan’s himmatwala is now looking like classics compared to this movie called phultan or sultan.

Randeep hooda managed to relief the audience for a while.but all abbas zafar ‘s intention was to torture the audience hence the movie is a torture .even Anushka too looks 1st time that much worse that I never have seen her before like that due to romancing a man who is the age of 50 but looking like 70 an OFalso due to short of height salman is looking even a bit like her grandparents.
Which is too a negativity even though I wanted it to the positivity.

Flopstar srk knew that he wouldn’t stand a chance competing against the biggest megastar at the moment, hence ran away embarrassed, just like a rat running into its hole. Had ‘hafeez ki raeesa’ clashed with the mighty sultan it would have had become a much bigger disaster than pankha or ylhjk (which are the biggest disasters of all time featuring a top star).
