Like most big releases, Housefull 2 has opened very well at the box-office, but the response has been mixed. The critics have thrashed the film, but the response from the audience seems to be positive so far.

Akki why you released it during ipl…ipl affected it by 8-9 crore..and yes by 8-9 crore ..it is big figure because people were enjoying ipl matches at stadium as well as at home..my opinion is always release movie at the start of week on one day after any good festival..ok forget it..housefull 2 was really mind blowing..film biggest blockbuster rehti agar ipl ke bitch nahi release ki hoti…rowdy rathore is next biggest hit..
