Celebrating the 34th anniversary of his production house Mukta Arts, Subhash Ghai has announced two new comedies. The first will be titled ‘Ishq De Maare’ and the second is the sequel to the 2006 hit ‘Apna Sapna Money Money’.
Written by Neeraj Pathak (Apne), ‘Ishq De Maare’ will feature Dharmendra with his two sons Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. The same cast is currently shooting for Yamla Pagla Deewana 2.
Apna Sapna Money Money featured Riteish Deshmukh, Anupam Kher, Suniel Shetty and Shreyas Talpade. For the sequel, the cast is yet to be finalised. But Subhash Ghai has already signed Sangeeth Sivan, the director of the first film.
2013 will be a huge year for Mukta Arts, as Subhash Ghai himself will direct ‘Kaanchi’, a romantic musical thriller. Set to go on floors soon, it will have Rishi Kapoor in a negative role and is scheduled to hit theatres on Independence day. Ghai last directed the box-office dud Yuvvraaj featuring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.
