The never-ending celebrations of Kolkata Knight Riders IPL win in Bangalore, continued at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Team-owner Shahrukh Khan, who shares a warm relationship with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee organised a huge party at the stadium in front of a packed crowd to celebrate the victory.
Cakes were cut, momentos were distributed, cricketers were hailed for their achievement and even though the IPL victory is insignificant compared to World Cup wins, the celebrations at Eden Gardens were bigger.

It seems for me ridiculous to celebrate the ipl win, for srk and juhi perspective its absolutely right as they have right to celebrate their victory whatever way they want, but what Mamta doing there. Its called hyprocrisy at its best. I haven’t seen this lady to even come forward and do something unexpected when expected to any game of National level, but they were always do when its come for Bangals fame, by raising standard of state is good but not come ahead for nationality. Such a poor leader she is. No doubt Bangalis admired their icon and it is good deed.
@kingshuk u don’t know about Gopinath munde doesn’t mean that everyone else lacks general knowledge of country and don’t know about cabinet minister of the country but well i can understand the reason why u r unaware bcoz Srk was not invited in swear-in ceremony where Munde taken oath as cabinet minister and u preferred watching Srk’s some old movie on TV instead of swear-in ceremony.lol
