‘Jai Ho’ director Sohail Khan has controversially said Nawazuddin Siddiqui can become Hrithik Roshan if he works hard for 3 years, but Hrithik can never do what Nawaz does even if he works for 10 years.
“If Nawaz works hard for three years he can do what Hrithik Roshan does, but even if Hrithik works for 10 years, he won’t be able be able do what Nawaz does” Sohail, who is currently promoting his upcoming directorial venture ‘Freaky Ali’, said.
Sohail’s comment comes at a time when ‘Mohenjo Daro’, a film that suffered due to media negativity before its release, tanked at the domestic box office.
‘Freaky Ali’ starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead, releases in theatres on 9th September.

What Sohail said is not right, no doubt that today Hrithik is one of the biggest superstar of Bollywood, and also Nawaz is a great actor, but Nawaz cannot become Hrithik……he can be like Om Puri, Anupuam khare, Naseeruddin Shah but he cannot be Amitabh Bachchan…….Similarly Hrithik can be next Amitabh Bachchan but he cannot be like Naseeruddin Shah or Om Puri……

Indicine was negative about mohenjodaro? Are you kidding me? The day Rustom was announced for ind. day Indicine was pro Mohenjo and anti Rustom. You can ask akki fans @babaji ka thullu, deadpool etc. LBO of mohenjo initially was very high and rustom was only 70 plus. It was only after Mohenjo trailer and songs were flop that Indicine realized that mohenjo was over rated.
Maanvar Ka Darr was a really bad pathetic movie but had Nawaz been in then it would have easily been a hit film without him overacting like fighting with toy /inflated crocidiles etc etc

Since morning Sohail Khan’s bizarre comment on Hrithik Roshan has been grabbing a lot of attention. As per Mumbai Mirror, Sohail compared Hrithik with Nawaz and even went on to say that HR can never become like Nawaz even in 10 years. Yes! We all were surprised with this shocking statement and we really didn’t t understand why the comparison was made in the first place. But hey! There is a whole new twist to this story. The actor has been misquoted and we have proof.
A source close to Sohail said, “When Nawaz was asked about not being able to dance well at the promotional event, Sohail defended the Freaky Ali hero. Khan never compared Hrithik’s acting to Nawaz. In fact, he praised Roshan’s dancing and spoke of how Hrithik can never dance like Nawazuddin even if he tries in ten years. It was meant to be a sarcastic statement and not what has been reported by the media. There was no talk of Hrithik’s acting, it was a remark made in jest about Nawaz’s inability to dance like other conventional Bollywood actors”. Yes this is the real story and we wonder how the tabloid can print the story without checking facts. This happened at a promotional event for Freaky Ali.
