Akshay Kumar’s Singh Is Bling has shown bigger than normal drops in its second week, as compared to some of the more successful films in recent times.
The film has collected around Rs 87 crore as per figures released by the producers of the film. It should finish with lifetime business of around 95 crore net.

Another movie of Akki missing 100 crore mark…
Finally watched SIB.
I was apprehensive about seeing this film as I hadn’t many good things about this film. I was pleasantly surprised about this movie though. SIB will never be classic as SIK or WB but I found it funny enough (especially the first half) and it was definitely watchable.
There are a few cringe worthy moments but that is the kind of humour you expect from an Akki film.
A fair few funy moments so worth a watch but SIB is a Totally bland film and very weak script.

For ur kind info SIB is full energetic comedy movie which gave audience a full family package and its pesa vasool movie. 100 cr is not a benchmark to become hit…public are watching its enough for the movie. Akshay Kumar’s every movie is standing at 95cr like sachine nurvas ninety…but its good run rate even as every movie doing same …brothers was not a good movie but colleced 80cr up…this is the example of star power….all the best Akshay

Producers are inflated the figure too much, A movie which had first day as holiday and if it get 35% growth on Sunday from Saturday can’t be drop like the way SIB had, SIB wom wasn’t on negative side but it was mixed for sure. The final figure SIB lifetime fold on is 80cr max, and 97-98cr from producer at max.
So from 2014&2015 one thing is clear, casting to Akshay Kumar as a hero would definitely profitable for maker but it create losses for distributer.

I think D neutral audience has started rejecting akki’s movies in cinemas. Nd D movies of all 3 khans r watched by every actor’s fan because of festival release nd huge buzz .

Baby and SIB made money for maker, that’s why their sequals on the cards, brother had heavy losses for all. GIB highly profitable for makers and earned good profit for distributors.
So all in all Akshay has decent year in 2015, its not horrible like 2009,2011,2013 but not much great like 2007,2012.
Earning superstar status doesn’t justify making shitty films whether it stars Akki ,srk or others. I am huge akki fan but after watching sib, i m really disappointed wid it. 1st half is entertaining but 2nd half totally nonsense & boring.
sib would have crossed 100+ figures till now but the pathetic 2nd half of the movie digged its own grave.

In Terms of Acting He is better than Salman and shahrukh. Baby is one of the best cinema of bollywood so what if Baby dint made 100cr at bo.
