Shootout at Wadala has collected Rs 8.75 – 9 crore on it’s opening day at the box office, with all India average occupancy of around 40%. The film has fared well in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and a few other places.
The Sanjay Gupta directed film was poor in the Mysore circuit, where Aashiqui 2 was the first choice this weekend too.
Released on 2500 screens across India, Shootout At Wadala stands at No 3 in the highest opening day collections of 2013 after Race 2 and Himmatwala.
