It looks like yet another case of the media creating false news and then rubbishing it. Earlier this week, there were reports that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is likely to be roped in as the brand ambassador for Apple products in India.
But a ANI (Asian News International) report now claims that Apple does not need a brand ambassador in India or anywhere else in the world.

Reports of Apple planning to rope-in Shah Rukh Khan as its brand ambassador emerged after the superstar invited Apple CEO Tim Cook to his Bandra residence in Mumbai.
Khan organised a star-studded party for Cook who was on a 5-day tour to India, primarily to meet Apple developers and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
