Badminton player PV Sindhu has clinched India’s first Silver Medal at the Rio Olympics, after she lost a closely fought finals against Spain’s Carolina Marin.
Hours after her victory, Salman proudly posted a picture with the Olympic.
“Saw the finals on TV with my mom and told her I have a picture with Sindhu . Proud .” Salman tweeted.
The actor is India’s Goodwill Ambassador at the Rio Olympics.

There is something in Indian genes, unless someone push them hard or motivate them with something the results does not come up. I remember Cricket WC 2003 (SA) when some fans burned the effigies of Indian players and conducted mock funeral for team. They came back strongly against Pakistan and went on to qualify for Finals. Unfortunately lost to Aussies in Final !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
