Salman Khan’s Son of Sardar item number: Details

The Diwali clash between Ajay Devgan’s Son of Sardar and Shahrukh Khan’s next, is getting bigger and better.

Devgan is going out of his way to promote the film and has asked his good friend Salman Khan for an item number.

Khan agreed and even shot for one scene recently. Says Ashwini Dheer, the director of Son of Sardar “We shot for one scene with Salman recently. But he will be doing (shooting the rest) the song by the end of July. Presently we are shooting in Mumbai and we have almost finished some portion of the shooting in Patiala.”

Son of Sardar also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Juhi Chawla, Mukul Dev and Vindu Dara Singh. It’s slated for release on November 14th 2012.
