Actor Ranveer Singh, who will be seen in Aditya Chopra’s ‘Befikre’ in December this year, has signed a Rohit Shetty film.
“Ranveer will soon be working with Shetty, who is known for his snazzy car wreck stunts, action sequences and cool comedies” read a statement from the actor’s representative.
While the statement says Ranveer has signed a Shetty film, no specific details about the rest of the star cast or banner has been revealed.

Very excited. He is a future superstar no doubt. I think he should stay away from Condom ads, Cheap Set wet deodorant ads and shows like AIB to maintain a clean image. He can do better than that.

Indicine BO list may show him at 5th. But I rate him at 7th after the top 6 as he has still to show consistency over a longer period to own a place between the senior actors. We also saw Ranbir going up and then coming down so Ranveer will also need to prove himself for a longer period.
He is making all the right moves and if he continues that way he will be soon a serious challenge for the top 6.

How stupid are the claims of Ranveer being next SRK and Varun as next Salman?In 2000 when Hrithik debuted,people said he is next Salman.Abhishek was supposed to replace SRK.Then again post 2007 Imran was supposed to replace and SRK fans swore Ranbir is next SRK.Now apparently its Ranveer & Varun.
SRK was not next Amitabh..No one becomes superstar by imitating yester year legends.Create own individuality which Ranveer has and Varun lacks.But long way to go before calling them superstars.First let a masala movie of Ranveer beat masala movie of SRK or let a content movie of Ranveer beat content movie of SRK.BM beating Dilwale only proves content is above Khans not Ranveer above SRK
