Nearly a year and a half after the teaser, the theatrical trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s much-delayed Raees is out! The film also starring Pakistani star Mahira Khan and the brilliant Nawazuddin Siddiqui, follows ‘Kaabil’ to 25th January 2017.
But unlike ‘Kaabil’, ‘Raees’ is getting a full-fledged release on Wednesday, giving the film an extended 5-day weekend at the box office.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui will definitely be worth to watch out for alone in Raees going by the trailer. Let’s see If SRK is remembered more than Nawaz although he is at the top of his game this time around too.

I like this avatar of king more than his previous baddy avatars.Raees 2 should also be made. watched it 3 times.
the trailer is excellent and looks big. this type of trailer with any superstar should create havoc at the boxoffice. but this is srk, so you have to wait and watch. if this film underperforms then there is no excuse. i am waiting to see if srk can manage initial occupancy like salman for this film at the single screens because this film has all the elements for it. as the film is now releasing on 25 th january solo in the morning shows the initial percentage through out the country ( multiplexes and single screens)should be around 65% or more. if kaabil also releases in morning shows then as the screens and shows will reduce the occupancy should be around 75% or more.
if it had been a 26th january release with clash then the occupancy should have been 80% at least. let’s see where srk can take this film which has a brilliant trailer with his phata hua stardom.
