After the initial euphoria around a massy Shah Rukh Khan film, Raees was remained steady on Day 3 at the box office. The film has collected Rs 13.11 crore on Friday to take its 3-day total to Rs 59.83 crore.
Like we reported in our box office update article last night, the film has collected a little under 60 crore. The average of 20 crore per day over a 3-day period is good, considering the fact that it was up against another film like ‘Kaabil’.
The next three days will be important for Raees, if it has to get to a big enough lifetime total and attain ‘hit’ status.

I still believe SRK is huge superstar in Bollywood but his selection of movie is very bad as per last couple of movie
I watch raees but I feel it is for only SRK fan not for neutral public so raees will not get more than 150 crore and maximum hit status if it sustain above 8-9 crore which is looking tough lets hope for the best

I understand. A woman’s perspective will be exact opposite from a man’s perspective when we talk about RAEES and unlike KAABIL.
The usual strong romantic angle which usually marks the connecting point for masala film is missing.
I personally, cannot wait to see RAEES again. for sheer adrenaline rush dhamakedaar dialoguebaazi and laila o laila gave me.
