‘Raaz Reboot’ and ‘PINK’ are the big releases this week and both films are difficult to predict. While the promos of Emraan Hashmi’s Raaz Reboot have failed to generate any kind of interest, PINK could surprise as the day progresses because the film is expected to carry good word-of-mouth.
The first Raaz film took a slow start of less than 1 crore, the second film opened well (4 crore) and the third film in the franchise which was also the biggest blockbuster in the series, took a 10 crore plus opening. That trend of the opening getting bigger is likely to stop as both the trailer and music album hasn’t really clicked.
As far as PINK is concerned, the pre-release reports for the film are excellent so even though the film might take a slow start in the morning, it’s expected to show good growth as the day progresses.

Raaz Reboot is looking like a failure even though it is a sequel . Pink is looking really interesting and I am confident about the content . This will be Amit Ji’s 3rd movie this year and his performance has been appreciated in all the movies . Pink has been made on a controlled budget and it will be an important movie for Taapsee Pannu . Raaz 3 in 2012 was the last hit for Emraan and after that everything has been downhill . RR is extremely crucial for Emraan as well Vishesh Films . This is the last movie in the franchise and looking at the trend of failing Sequels in 2016 it will be tough to be a successful venture . !!!!!!!!!!

PINK is looking high on content. TOI reviews were out today and it was 4.5 stars applauding the movie, it is a must watch movie it seems !!!!!!!!!
I do not understand what Bhatts are up to ?? Just trying to survive on series of sequels like Murder 2, Murder 3, Raaz 2, Raaz 3, Raaz Reboot, Jannat 2… They need to come with fresh ideas and cast some youngsters, make low budget movies with good music and content it will help them. Raaz Reboot was supposed be biggest sequel and it has no buzz, one more disappointment for Emraan.
Pink anyday over raaz rebooted… pink will be hit…. there was a time when emraan hashmi’s films used to do wonders at boxoffice but the comments that he made on koffee with karan show couple of years ago has costed him big time…. even his previous release azhar which got good reviews flopped at boxoffice..
