Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra’s father Ashok Chopra, who passed away after a long battle with cancer, was cremated at the Oshiwara crematorium in Mumbai on Monday. The last rites took place at around 5:30PM Indian standard time.
Hrithik Roshan and Shahid Kapoor reached the Kokilaben Hospital soon after hearing of Dr Chopra’s demise and were with Priyanka and her family when the body was taken to her residence.
Bollywood stars like Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Karan Johar, Madhur Bhandarkar, Ranbir Kapoor attended the cremation.
