Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has recorded the third highest first weekend collections. The film has surpassed the first 3-day business of Salman Khan’s last release ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, even though it had one less holiday.
The Hindi version of PRDP has collected Rs 101.47 crore in 3 days and the Telugu / Tamil version has contributed around 2.75 crore to the total.
Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is only behind the weekend business of Dhoom 3 and Happy New Year. Dhoom 3 was the third film in the industry’s most successful franchise and Happy New Year had two full holidays (Diwali and Sunday).

Great collections. As per boi the three day collection stands with 96.5cr Hindi and 1.5cr regional so total 98cr, so it missed 100cr mark which only d3 and BB enjoyed yet. But PRDP had only one day as complete holiday in 3 days and despite being average report its very good. Lifetime will be around 230-240cr, may be cross 250cr too.
