Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has recorded the third highest first weekend collections. The film has surpassed the first 3-day business of Salman Khan’s last release ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, even though it had one less holiday.
The Hindi version of PRDP has collected Rs 101.47 crore in 3 days and the Telugu / Tamil version has contributed around 2.75 crore to the total.
Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is only behind the weekend business of Dhoom 3 and Happy New Year. Dhoom 3 was the third film in the industry’s most successful franchise and Happy New Year had two full holidays (Diwali and Sunday).

As I said before, weekend will be in the range of 125-135 cr and my prediction seems to be turned realistic.
Lifetime will be wrapped within 250 cr for sure.

I really love srk from my heart . but I m not a Salman hater . Commercial potboilers r always take thunderous openings at BO with mixed responses . Hny also open huge and didn’t sustain that much because of negative Wom.and Prdp also open with a bang . But like Hny this 1 is also very bad .
They both r mega stars that’s why their movies take these thunderous openings .
But unfortunately prdp is a huge letdown .and that’s a truth . It doesn’t offer u anything .
The supporting cast is horrible and plenty of songs make u puzzled.
And my frnds who r Salman fans also doesn’t like the movie at all. It’s really boring .
Baki business ke bare mein kya kahe dua karenge ye movie 500-600 crs kamaye aur Salman ke fans khush rahe. #Happy Diwali
