In his first film outside the Yashraj Films banner, Ranveer Singh after Band Baaja Baraat and Ladies vs Ricky Bahl will return with Lootera. Set in the 1950’s, the film is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, the acclaimed director of Udaan.
Paired for the first time together, Ranveer and Sonkashi Sinha are the lead couple. The two have expressed their desire to work together in the past. Sonakshi even went to the extent of saying that she finds Ranveer cute and wouldn’t mind dating him!
Lootera is produced by Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane, Madhu Mantena Varma and Vikas Bahl.
