Acclaimed actor Om Puri suffered a massive heart attack and passed away at the age of 66, early on Friday morning. He has played important roles in several Indian, British and Hollywood movies.
Puri was the recipient of India’s fourth highest civilian award, Padma Shri.
The Prime Minister of India condoled his death, along with other celebrities from the movie world.
