Madhuri Dixit opens up about her Marriage

In a profession like that of an actress, having a stable married life and family is an achievement in itself.

During the launch of a new interactive dance service on Tata Sky called ‘Dance Studio’, Madhuri Dixit was present with her husband Dr Sriram Nene.

When asked about her marriage and love life, Madhuri said “We often go out, just the two of us. Ram and I also make it a point to give total attention to each other; we just forget the world. That strengthens our bonding.” Madhuri said

Dr Nene was asked about his favourite Madhuri Dixit song, he said ”Que Sera Sera (Pukar, 2000) is my all-time favourite. It has a beautiful combination of her grace and Prabhudeva’s talent.”

The couple though have contrasting views on their kids and their love for dance. Where Madhuri says “They haven’t taken dance seriously. At least, they don’t dance much in front of me” Dr Nene argues “She doesn’t know half of it. I have recorded them dancing. They break into a jig when it’s least expected.”

When asked about the double meaning item numbers we have these days, Madhuri said, “It’s a very personal thing. Whatever you do has to be tasteful and it has to be done very well. And for that you need talent and the understanding of what is good and bad. I have been fortunate to work with the best”

The service will also have choreographers like Saroj Khan, Terence and Remo among others.
