Luck Box office opening

Imran Khan – Sanjay Dutt starrer Luck has opened to a mixed response at the Indian box office. Like mentioned in the review, the movie has opened to a much better response on single screens, while business at multiplex was lower than expected.

The word of mouth isn’t great, but people from smaller cities and towns are lapping up the action film that also stars Shruti Kamal Hassan.

Going by the opening numbers, Luck is expected to do business of around 20 – 25 crores in Week 1 unless it crashes during the weekdays, which would mean Luck would march past the lifetime gross of Kidnap in its opening weekend. Can it sustain? Hopefully, we’ll tell you if it does.
