Box office comparison between 4 of the biggest blockbusters in Indian Cinema – Kick vs Krrish 3 vs Dhoom 3 vs Chennai Express – will give readers an idea as to how much Kick can go on to collect before the end of its run.
Kick has collected Rs 21.66 crore on Wednesday, to take its 6-day total to Rs 148.81 crore net. In comparison, Chennai Express had collected 130.36 crore in its first 6 days (137.11 including paid previews), Krrish 3 had collected 152.98 crore (including regional versions) and Dhoom 3 had netted 174.98 crore (including regional versions).
Kick vs Chennai Express vs Ek tha Tiger – Box Office
6 days after theatrical release, Kick is ahead of Chennai Express, which went on to collect Rs 227 crore at the domestic box office. But the Shahrukh Khan starrer had a national holiday on its 7th day (Independence Day), which took its first week business to 156.71 crore. Kick would need to add around 11.5 crore on Thursday to collect as much as Chennai Express did in its first week.

No matter what but the biggest surprise was D3 collection before christmas. 5 days in a row more than 20cr, first 3 day each record breaking for respective day, no doubt d3 was a franchise recall value but no one, intellectual or trade pundits were thought it will cross 100cr net all version in normal weekend release. Even in overseas pre christmas release is not considered to be good at b.o. But d3 clear all odds, lets see which film will do this kind of magic this year, as all big releases hny,bang-2 have perfect holiday releases, almost 3 national holidays in first 5 days. Only p.k. Had normal weekend. Lets see will it create the same magic like d3 did last year. Btw kick is collected huge figure considering pre eid period for first 4 days. Salmania rocks again.Great.

Real actor is only Amir here. To certain extent Hrithik also acts and has a good personality. Shahrukh is ok actor and knows how to remain in lime light. Salman is the only star here with no acting skills.
So they have got what they deserve based on their public status as all 4 movies mentioned above are below average. If you are an intelligent fan, you should pan all these movies & don’t have to fight on who is big star.
One fine movie, in coming future, from anyone of them can easily get them 400 + crs.
MY OPINION—–PK will get 400 + in india if movie comes good. HNY has very bad directors associated so no chance. Bang bang will turn out to be doom kind of movie with no script so it despite having great buzz has shallow chances.
