Box office comparison between 4 of the biggest blockbusters in Indian Cinema – Kick vs Krrish 3 vs Dhoom 3 vs Chennai Express – will give readers an idea as to how much Kick can go on to collect before the end of its run.
Kick has collected Rs 21.66 crore on Wednesday, to take its 6-day total to Rs 148.81 crore net. In comparison, Chennai Express had collected 130.36 crore in its first 6 days (137.11 including paid previews), Krrish 3 had collected 152.98 crore (including regional versions) and Dhoom 3 had netted 174.98 crore (including regional versions).
Kick vs Chennai Express vs Ek tha Tiger – Box Office
6 days after theatrical release, Kick is ahead of Chennai Express, which went on to collect Rs 227 crore at the domestic box office. But the Shahrukh Khan starrer had a national holiday on its 7th day (Independence Day), which took its first week business to 156.71 crore. Kick would need to add around 11.5 crore on Thursday to collect as much as Chennai Express did in its first week.

@nipun, according to u Krrish3 was such a great movie even a newcomer make it blockbuster. So where is the power of Hrithik? Tell your Hrithik to give a blockbuster with a bad movie like ett, dabang or bodyguard then his power will b proved.

CE had huge collection on first day as Eid was on same day. first 3 days wer holiday ( fri – Eid, Sat – govt holiday for Eid and Sun – National Holiday ). end of the first week it was Indpndn day. next week again had govy holiday for Raksha bandan.
in case of Kick every1 knows well due to ramadan muslims wont watch movies but still except monday all the other 5 days wer 20+ cr.
But if any1 compare the 6 days collection KICK is leading with just only 1 eid holiday ( tuesday )
