The Jungle Book has surpassed major grossers like Salman Khan’s 2010 film Dabangg, 2011 film Bodyguard and will go past the collections of Shah Rukh Khan’s 2015 Christmas release ‘Dilwale’ today.
The film has now become the 17th highest grosser in just 19 days after its release. It’s certain to become the 14th highest grosser, with an outside chance of going higher up the list.
Note: The list only includes films that have been dubbed in Hindi and released all over India. The second highest grosser for a film that wasn’t produced in the Hindi film industry, is Baahubali.

It has a chance of becoming 11th heighest grosser of all time in india. I used to watch mowgli cartoons in sahara one in my childhood, one of my favourite cartoons at that time. It is great that the jungle book has done great business. Happy for the jungle book doing phenomenal job at boxoffice.

If we follow theory of those fans since Mowgli has crossed Jai Ho, Dabang, Bodyguard and will also cross Dabang 2 then it means Mowgli has beaten Salman by crossing collections of his bigger hits. Not my theory but applying the theory of those fans on their stats. And now they will start crying and come up with innovative excuses.
And I m not even talking about Akshay movies coz it has already crossed his biggest grosser RR so now Akshays target should be crossing Mowgli rather than Khans.

A Hollywood film doing so well is sure a danger sign for the Indian film industry ,India is perhaps the only country where the local film industry has a bigger market than Hollywood they have invaded other countries and the loaca film industries of these countries have dwindled if India becomes a big market for Hollywood films what will happen to the local indusry it is a cause of serious concern and contemplation who would have thought that the jungle book would become the biggest grosser of the year ,in fact for this film India is the third largest revenue generator it is a wake up call to Indian film industry and fans also instead of fighting and abusing between rival fan groups we should fight against these invaders and not mock and ridicule our own stars remember if Hollywood takes over India there would be no salmsn,srk,aamir akshay etc left and he danger signs are here

If excuse for failing for Ouatimd is brought up remember it was not a clash till 1 week even if it was a clash what about Ranveer and Ajay who clashed with Shah rukh khan too and had big profits and entry to the coveted 100 club. TJB crossed Fan no problem but TJB crossed all Akki highest lifetime. He is not a superstar superstar don’t release 4 movies a year gone are the days of Mithun Amitabh Govinda who release multiple movies yearly but with time that is just so senseless. No 1 factor for any movie to gross so high is the Audience themselves. The credit goes to the content and the performance of the actor.
