The first look poster of Varun Dhawan’s Judwaa 2 is out. It features the star in two different looks – one is the more innocent geeky look, while the other has Varun playing the cooler guy. The first film had Salman Khan playing similar roles and the second film, being a remake, has Varun trying to recreate magic of the 1997 film.
“On David Dhawan’s 65th bday here is his 43rd film ‘Judwaa 2’. RAJA and PREM Double fun this Dussehra!” Varun tweeted with the first look poster of the film.
The legendary David Dhawan, director of several comedy classics in the 90s and early 2000s, turns 65 today. An entire generation in the 90s, who have grown up watching his films with Govinda and other classics like ‘Judwaa’ with Salman Khan, await the release of ‘Judwaa 2’ during Dussehra this year.
The film has an excellent release date, with several partial holidays and the big holiday for Gandhi Jayanti on Monday.
Varun, who was last seen in ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’, is on a glorious run of 8 consecutive box office successes to his credit. ‘Judwaa 2’ could well be the biggest film of his career.

Honestly this poster is pretty bad . David Dhawan has made some really entertaining and rib tickling comedy films and I hope Judwaa 2 is one of them . @Indicine..what happened to Govinda’s career suddenly.He was major star till 2007. ie. In Partner,Bhagambhag.but suddenly his career tool V turn(not a U turn).Even I started to hate his comedy in bhagambham and many other film.his Acting skill also get degraded.but still in comparison to Sunny and Sanjay dutt, it’s really biggest fallback of the industry.

Undoubtedly Salman Khan’s Judwaa was Classic, it was one of the most loved and watched movie on television, one of the Best Comedy Movie of Indian Cinema…..I hope they don’t ruined it with the sequel, though I have full confidence on David Dhawan’s Directional Skill……
