Jolly LLB 2 has shown phenomenal growth all across India on Day 2 at the box office. The multiplex business jumped across all metro cities, with even the Tier-2 centres picking up after a below-expectation opening on Friday.
The average jump was around the 30% range with multiplexes showing the biggest growth, while single-screen business to picked up at several centres.
The multiplex-dominated East Punjab circuit showed growth inspite of starting well on Friday, Mumbai was up and running after a sluggish start, business in the South showed good jumps too even though the film has probably lost around 25% of its business there due to strong regional releases.
The trend for Jolly LLB 2 is positive. The film has started very well on Sunday and the advance for the evening shows is solid too.
IndicineLBO: It looked like the 100 crore mark could be a struggle for the film, given the way it opened on Friday, but the growth on Saturday has made it almost a certainty – unless there is a big drop on Monday, which is unlikely given the trend. Going forward, Jolly LLB 2 has an open week too before the release of ‘Rangoon’ on February 24. Given the positive reports, we think ‘Jolly LLB 2’ will finish with lifetime business of Rs 112 crore – which is our final IndicineLBO prediction.

Akshay Kumar is indeed a Sadabahar actor of our heneration whose every movie people go to watch i mean 4 back to back superhit movies says quite a lot. Well done indicine for sticking with producers figures as i don’t think trades in india have the capability of accumulating the accurate collections they are just estimates. Producers are the only one who knows whatever the film is collection accept for filmcraft who are bound to force indian people to acknowledge their actor as the superstar.
Don’t know what team Indicine is doing. 1st day collection as per trade is 12 crores. And as per producer it is 13.2 crores. But Indicine is showing 12.5 crores.
In predictions, at 65 crores you saying movie will flop and at 95 crores, hit. At what movie will be Average?

So you hypocrite are using trade figures to say that Akshay hasn’t given a single 20 cr+ opener while all other superstars have 30 cr opener. First thing, Hrithik doesn’t have a 30 cr opener even with producer figures. And Krrish 3 had never had a 30 cr+ day as if we talk about trade figures. And Ajay, he was never credited in the first place for the opening of SR. All his other films have opened at max 12 cr.
The real test for this movie will be on monday and it will be 7 cr on monday
