Hollywood film Iron Man 3 has opened to a record-breaking response in India. Released on 900-1000 screens across the country, the super-hero film featuring Rober Downey Jr as Iron Man has collected Rs 7.25 crore in India.
It’s the second highest opening day for any Hollywood release in India, behind ‘The Amazing Spiderman’ which collected Rs 8.5 crore last year.

Iron Man 3 was running to full houses in cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Noida, Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and other major cities. In fact, the advanced booking for the evening/night shows on Saturday and Sunday is excellent.
The regional versions (dubbed) have also done well. More importantly, the response for the film has been good.

Nothing can beat the first part.
The story is okay, but the action is really good in this movie.
The last 15-20 minutes action involving all the Iron Mans is a treat.
Downey’s acting is superb as usual.
Special mention for the scene of destruction of Stark’s villa. It was simply brilliantly taken.
