The International Indian Film Academy Awards, popularly known as the IIFA Awards, is one of the biggest awards for the Hindi Film Industry. The awards that are known for their grandiose and style with which they present themselves each year is going to return again.
And this time they look to get better. With that in mind, the organisers of IIFA have roped in the controversial duo of Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor to host the event.
While their chemistry was received well by the audience in Yashraj Films’ Gunday, their appearance together at the AIB Roast, turned out to be the biggest controversy of the year.
IIFA has given us great hosts in the past like Boman Irani and Riteish Deshmukh, so a lot can be expected from the Ranveer-Arjun pair. The awards will be held in Malaysia this year and it remains to be seen if the two can better Farah Akhtar and Shahid Kapoor, who were the hosts last year.
