Alia Bhatt, who awaits the release of her film ‘Shaandaar’ next week, has said that she is a huge fan of filmmaker Sooraj R Barjatya.
Alia also added that she loved the trailer of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
When asked about the one film that she is looking forward to this year, Alia said “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. I am a big Sooraj Barjatya fan! I have watched all his films and love them. I loved the trailer of PRDP. I love the way he makes his films – simple, honest, pure and beautiful”
Barjatya has previously directed films like Maine Pyaar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Hum Saath Saath Hain, Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon and Vivaah. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo will be the 6th film of his glorious directorial career.

Sooraj Barjatya is a humble person and that is the biggest quality of him . Whenever you see him talk he is soft spoken and gentle . He has always presented Salman in a lovable manner . Even Salman says Sooraj is his favourite director and he loves to work with him . He is a very decent guy . He never smokes, never drinks and loves his family . That’s the reason his movies show the same kind of emotions . Its good to see Alia being a fan of Sooraj . She is a very clean hearted girl but she has to learn some basic knowledge .
Salman Khan is fit and he looks like he is in mid 30s . He definitely can romance Alia bhat while our Queen looks like 60 yr old that he will be seen playing a Grandad of Alia in their upcoming film. Lol
