During times when every actor is trying to outdo the other to acquire the perfect physique, Shahrukh Khan has shocked his fans and the entire film fraternity with the first look of his 10 pack abs from Happy New Year.
A source close to the actor says, he began seriously working on his physique for the film about an year ago. Shahrukh was trained by Prashant Sawant, the founder of Bodysculptor, who has also trained actors like Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan and Varun Dhawan.
Shahrukh also made use of ‘Technoshape’, a workout unit which costs a whopping Rs 16 lakhs!
Technoshape is popular in the UK and endorsed by celebrities like Peter Andre, Millie Mackintosh and even a few cricket and football players. The device transforms the body’s ability to burn fat around the midriff (the ab region), using a combination of exercise to increase metabolism and patented Pressure Pause Therapy to increase blood circulation locally. This results in a flatter stomach, slimmer waist, better blood circulation and firmer skin, as well as improved well-being.
Back in November 2013, the actor had tweeted a picture of Technoshape with the words “My new gizmo for abs…the TechnoShape. Now u just wait and see…yeah!! ”
