Hate Story 3 has performed very well in its first weekend at the box office, collecting Rs 26.82 crore in 3 days. The film is a ‘HIT’ already and could go on to be a ‘Super Hit’ if it sustains well during the weekdays.
Films like Hate Story 3 have little value when it comes to satellite rights, as adult films cannot be screened on television without several cuts. There is no overseas buffer either, as the collections are negligible. So for a film that was almost entirely dependent on domestic theatrical business, Hate Story 3 has done well.
The first weekend business is higher than Ragini MMS 2, which collected 8.32 crore on Friday, 7.25 crore on Saturday and 8.5 crore on Sunday. The trend of both films is similar, but Hate Story 3 collection was about 10% higher than Ragini MMS 2 which collected Rs 24.07 crore in its first weekend.

I m expecting Salman, Katrina and Zarine in Hate Story 4. After average performance of his family movie (PRDP) Salman will give this erotica a try. That will be his only chance to romance Katrina. In the whole movie the 2 actresses will fight with each other for Salman. There will be a twist in the end when both the actresses will go along with each other ditching Salman which is also what happens with him in his real life.
