The theatrical trailer of Happy Bhaag Jayegi, from the producers of ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns’, is out.
Short synopsis: A girl (Happy, played by Diana Penty) decides to sprint out of her own wedding and suddenly realises that she has reached Lahore, Pakistan. Suddenly, she finds two countries chasing her!
Happy Bhaag Jayegi stars Diana Penty (comeback film after Cocktail), Abhay Deol, Ali Fazal, Jimmy Shergill and Piyush Mishra in this cross-border run-com!
The film releases in theatres on August 19.

Indians are ignorant about Pakistan! They think Pakistanis are dark and Pakistan is like their UP , Bihar, Lucknow. Look at the Sherwani of Ajay Devgan and his perfect Urdu hahahha Who wears Sherwani in Lahore and who can speak perfect Urdu in Lahore? Hhahah Look at the topis . Topi and perfect Urdu accent is Indian culture not Pakistani. If you get out of Lahore everyone speaks Theddh Punjabi. Foolish Bolywood should know that Pakistan is 64% Punjabi. We have much bigger Punjab than yours and our Punjabi population is 3 times the size of your Punjabi population i.e over 11 crore Punjabi Pakistanis vs over 2 crore Indian Punjabis. LOL. By the way, your Punjabis are much darker skin than Pakistani Punjabis. Then we have 20% of Pashtun population which is of European looks. White and red, blue/green eyes and golden hair. They don’t wear topi, sherwanis or speak Urdu at all. They speak Pashto. Then we have 10% Sindhi population. They speak Sindhi. Then 3% Baloch population who can’t speak a word of Urdu. The rest of 3% is Urdu speaking Immigrants from India.?
