Ranveer Singh’s latest release Gunday took a better start when compared to his last film Ram Leela, but couldn’t pick up over the weekday. While Ram Leela held up well in the biggest circuit (Mumbai), business of Gunday dropped across all circuits during the weekdays.

Gunday has a rating of 1.2 on IMDB…….. lower than even Himmatwala and Joker.
Both are good films,but i enjoyed Gunday more.

Gunday does’nt deserve 1.5 on imdb,it deserves between 6-7 atleast.
Good comparison but the fact is Gunday is much better than Ram leela . But in terms of performance his acting in Ram leela was better than Gunday because the character was powerful . In Ram leela only the 1st half was good but the 2nd half was very complicated . But the fact is that Ram leela did fabulous business in overseas puts it much ahead with worldwide collections of 202 crores .
ramleela had SLB and deepika padukone. Padukone already had big hits before . Gunday has priyanka who is have series of flops.
One thing works for both was promo. both movies have good promos

‘Gunday’ranvir and arjun’s work made it hit too, other hand in ‘ramleela’ i never seen chemistry like that in romantic films, so credit goes to all team work. Rate 8/10
