Viacom18 has released ‘revised’ figures of Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam. The film has collected Rs 53.24 crore in 13 days at the box office.
Drishyam will collect around Rs 18 crore in its second week, which is a drop of 50% from Week 1. The film has sustained well, but the opening weekend business pretty much sealed its fate at the box office. Competition from Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Baahubali was another reason why Drishyam couldn’t go on to be a successful film, even though the word-of-mouth was good.

How is it possible? WOM has been tremendous and on positive side.
I haven’t seen such type of movie in bollywood for a long period of time which is continiously engaging and is an edge of the seat thriller. Ajay Devgn was seen in such roles after a long period.
I still stick to it that drishyam is the best film of the year . I have already seen it twice.
now where r those who blame boi for reducing figures.differene of around 5% for a big film can b ignored but jadoo calcultor and red chilli calculator is too much to b believed

Drishyam wasn’t about collections it was about winning back again the audience heart which u did and what a way to do so?? Not action not comedy but with a family drama!!!! Once a Big boy always a Big Boy!!!! Hats off Sir!!!
