Shah Rukh Khan’s Dilwale has been performing reasonably well at the domestic box office, even though collections are now down to low levels. The film has shown decent growth on New Year eve and also on New Year.
The India business will finish at around the 150 crore mark (net), while the overseas business is set for a 145 – 150 crore finish (gross). The film has underperformed in India, but Dilwale will be the highest grosser for Shah Rukh Khan in the overseas markets. Before conversion from US dollars to INR, My Name Is Khan will remain his highest grosser as it collected $23.8 million back in 2010. But since the exchange rate in February 2010 was Rs 46.3 per USD, compared to Rs 66.2 today, Dilwale will be his biggest earner.
The worldwide gross collections in 15 days is around Rs 315 crore.

Nice but flop at domestic level
Someone predicted 26-27 cr for 3rd week of bajirao(good prediction) but then 6-7cr for rest of the weeks(very very bad prediction). Means Bajirao will down to 85% in its 4th week. Impossible for positive word of mouth film. Come on guys we are talking about widely accepted movie…even Dilwale can collect 6-7 cr after 3rd week then Bajirao will definately will collect more. In my opinion, Bajirao should collect 190cr+ in entire run. Note : Bajirao is dropping less than 50% week on week.
So srk-kajol done it again in overseas. Dilwale will become srk highest overseas grosser even in $ value as it will release on other markets as well. Congrats srkians. Finally srk on verge to break his 6 year old record of Mnik. On domestic from the film lifetime will be 140cr as per Boi. Dilwale will be a Hit as per them also in domestic market.
I have seen many people talking that why Dilwale is not a hit even though its doing great in overseas. I want to ask them when trade are giving different verdict for Domestic & overseas performance separately than why it need to consider overseas success in domestic verdict. Domestic business is more worthy for Bollywood.
Meanwhile BM is on the verge of crossing 300cr worldwide mark, very big achievement for Ranveer Singh when the big actors/stars like Akki,Ajay didn’t crossed 250cr ww and HR just touched 300cr with K3. Things with surely change for all of them in 2016.

Its d same crap film of srk like oso,mhn, jthj, mnik, ce, hny. Srk is nothing without kjo & dharma. He needs good directors to give hit film. He remains in gossips because of his controversies & he is star made by media.he is doing overacting in most of his films since Last 20 yrs…does not hv s shame while accepting awards when he knows he does not deserve it(like Akshay rejected his award in one awards show). Gets super jealous from other stars success. Even after so many years we remember actors like Rajesh Kumar,sanjeev kumar,Dilip,rajendra for their acting but after 25 yrs we will remember srk for all his controversies & overacting & yes lastly dilwale is crappiest film of d year so deserve to be flop. Good that he has learnt a lesson.

with so many holidays, the film is struggling to reach 150.so srk still cant break kick collection. Protests has cost only five cr as per trade. 19-20dec:saturday-sunday, 25,26,27-xmas,saturday,sunday, 31,1,2,3-new year eve & weekend. Still dilwale is suffering to collect 150. As for negativity,srk fans spread huge negativity in prdp which has only opening weekend as holiday. Tit for tat. Those who say only weekend runs on starpower,are fools. If we extract 100cr of first weekend of bb, there remains still 220cr to collect & which needs not only content but also a star. Lastly to beat hny opening day collection by some margin,there is no other way except a great manipulation. If producers imagine a non-existed state in india, & add 9cr as manipulation,then only it is possible with 4000screens & 85% occupancy. Otherwise it is impossible.
Still it needed 225-230 crores to break even ….. Were these distributors smoking weed before purchasing on such a exorbitant amount….
