Sarbjit has shown good growth on Day 2 at the box office, which was expected because the occupancy was very low on Friday. The Hollywood release ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ is also doing well at the box office, as the film has shown better growth than the Hindi release ‘Sarbjit’.
The hold on Monday will decide if Sarbjit can go on to be a decent grosser.

Some people were putting the entire blame on Aish yesterday!
Well, let me tell you all, Aish is a good actress. It’s just that she is not too skilled like Richa Chaddha, Vidya Balan, Priyanka, Kangana etc and needs good directors to shine. She was very impressive in Guzaarish, Devdas, HDDCS and Jodha Akbar.
Even these Priyanka and Kangana sometimes fail to shine in bad films (Katti Batii, Zanjeer)!
Omang Kumar is not a good director. Marykom was an overrated film. The only good thing was Priyanka’s acting.

Indicine never knew u have predicted 110 cr for befikre. I am too hoping that it turns out to be a 100 cr and good quality movie for Ranveer and he goes further up the ladder.
Think u have increased Shivays LBO from the last time I saw it but I feel it should be at closer to 150 cr. At least in the starcast it deserves a 7 rating. Ranbir as well as Katrina are currently in a bad phase and if u can give a 7 to Jagga Jasoos then Shivay at a minimum also deserves a 7 and JJ for me should have been 6.
The rest are looking ok. Changes will be there obviously as the release dates of the movies come closer.

Aish should be casted in those films where both beauty and talent are required. A film like sarbjit require natural,mature and balanced acting. Tabu, Richa Chadda etc can play such roles effectively!
Watched X MEN yesterday. Not a masterpiece but strictly for X Men and Marvel fans they will only understand this movie in a well manner. I enjoyed it though. Quicksilver and Nightcrawler stole the show. 3D effects are great. A great addition to the X Men series. Wolverine is also there for like 5-10 minutes

‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ could have done better if audiences had not seen Hollywood movies like BvS, TJB, CA 3 already in last 2 months. It is a good superhero flick except for overdose of explosions, possibly better than other 2 superhero movies.
