Aamir Khan’s Dangal is proving to be unstoppable in China as the 2nd Monday collections of the film is almost the same as the 1st Sunday collections.The film has crossed the $65 million mark and is now looking at doing business of around $80 million by the end of its first week.
The China collections has crossed the 400 crore mark in 11 days. The lifetime business could well be in the range of Rs 700-800 crore.

Chinaman knows quality. Rejects overhyped bahubaali, embraces Dangal.
The collections are really great but the revenues from Chinese box office are very low as compared to other countries.
I heard recently that $100M in China is equivalent to just $10M in some other country. The profits are very very low from Chinese box office.
Anyways, it’s a big win for Dangal.
I think Dangal is trending toward1500cr to 1700cr. Wooooooow….

Par Baahubali ke khilaf kuchh galat mat bolna samja tu baahubali ko jitna bhala bura kehta hai tera utna hi majak banta hai. Tu bas Dangal ko enjoy kar ok.

The truth is it may well do over 1000crore in china but how much will the producers get??? That is the question many are asking but indicine not answering? All these figures are wonderful for websites to quote but in reality it will get 10% or less. All of a sudden we are getting daily figures for dangal in china? Where as no articles about the local storm and it’s all language collectionskills very biased but tbh this was expected from Indicine. Glad both films are doing exceptionally well!!! Amir Khan, Bollywood and India have made a breakthrough in a new and difficult market, more so since it overtook Guardians of the Galaxy, both in their second week. Congratulations to all those involved and may the show continue to perform well in the days ahead.
Baahubila 2 should not be afraid of the non-acceptance of Baah # 1 as the second show is fantastic and is the type of movie that the Chinese like. It is running about $20 m plus in the USA, and Dangal was around $13m, so there is no reason why you should not spend some money to advertise there. Best of luck to both films and to the Indian movie Industry.

Hope Dangal’s worldwide box-office collection will surpass that of Baahubali2. Because that will give perception that good quality cinema will win the heart of everyone low or high class no matter what. If not the ignorant so called fan will make a conclusion that only Southern film of India will challenge the Hollywood rather to looking at world cinema as a whole. To make a quality cinema not necessarily spent high budget, action, extravaganza set, beautiful eye candy, heroism and brutality with gore scene and violence.
