Akshay Kumar’s latest release Brothers became the 2nd highest first week grosser of 2015, beating the weekend business of films like ABCD 2 and Tanu Weds Manu Returns.
However, Brothers failed to beat the collections of Akshay Kumar’s highest first week grosser Rowdy Rathore (Rs 79.5 crore) which released in 2012.
For Karan Malhotra, Brothers is the second highest first week grosser, behind Agneepath (Rs 91.05 crore)
