Bajrangi Bhaijaan continued its victorious run at the box office, collecting Rs 6.8 crore on its 16th day. The film has already crossed the 280 crore mark and at the end of 3rd Saturday, the Salman Khan starrer is just 3 crore short of becoming the 2nd highest grosser of all time.
The phenomenal growth at multiplexes on Saturdays continued this Saturday too, as Bajrangi Bhaijaan was outstanding all over India.
On Sunday morning and noon (today), the occupancy was significantly higher than Saturday. The film should collect somewhere around 8-9 crore, depending on how the night shows hold up.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan will cross the 300 crore mark on Wednesday or Thursday.

Against a good film.
Was having a chat with some diehard srk fans who are now no longer supporting him because they were all disappointed in his last three films, he looked so old and haggard, because of heavy consumption of alcohol which has definitely taken a toll on his looks, his speech seems slurred at some points, but these folks cannot stop talking about BB, a number of them have so far seen the movie along with their families at least 10 times so far and still enjoying it. Please stop comparing PK because it was released in places like china and BB wasn’t, then any collections in places where PK was released should be deducted before doing any comparisons any top accountant would tell you that’s show you do comparisons
FOr those who are expecting to break pk record with PRDP are living in fantasy lands.I have said it before BB release that it doesnot matter how much BB will earn but PRDP will surely less than BB.Making a film with universal appeal is difficult.BB was a type of film which suited all type of audience be it single screens ,multiplex,drama and emotional movie lover,people liking content.Even the jodi pf Yash Raj and SRk could not create the magic of their last movies with JTHJ.Because audience has changed.Even if PRDP comes out a good movie then it will be loved by salman fans and people likes drama movies.So getting a universal liking will be very difficult and from Sooraj style of film making I am expecting a minimum of 50 cr lesses than BB.Surely.I have said it earlier that I can bet on it but nobody was ready then
