Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan has collected Rs 27-28 crore on Day 1, as per early estimates based on collections from a few centres.
The Day 1 business is around the same level as Salman’s last release ‘Kick’ and Aamir Khan’s ‘PK’. Even though all three films released on a non-holiday, ‘Kick’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ released during Ramzan (majority muslims don’t watch movies before Eid).
Saturday is a national holiday for Eid-ul-fitr, which should give a massive boost to the business of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. The reports, both from the audience and the critics, is excellent, which should help the film grow on word-of-mouth publicity.

I am a bit uncertain as to where indicine got these estimated figures from when half or more shows were not even completed don’t you think it is wiser to wait until all cinemas were closed and the days takings be published before declaring such an estimate because it can be very misleading as it makes one suspicious that you are trying to underrate the movie.

After watching bajrangi bhaijaan i must say that this is one of the best films of bhaijaan’s career!
The lil girl (who looks like an real angel onscreen ) and his chemistry is sizzling and nawaz sir is too good ( he is a gem of bollywood ) ! And also it is the best work done by kabir khan !
Only thing that i dnt like is the over the top climax ! But overall its a vry good one and families will definitely enjoy that ! So i think evry 1 should watch that movie and give it a try it wnt dissapoint !
