There are reports that Ritesh Batra, the director of ‘The Lunchbox’, has approached Alia Bhatt to play the lead role in his next film.
Batra is currently in London shooting for his British drama ‘The Sense of an Ending’.
Reports suggest that the director has given a short narration to Alia about his next film, which will once again be a slice-of-life tale.
‘The Lunchbox’ was one of the most acclaimed films of 2013. It is also one of the Top 10 highest overseas grossing Indian films of all time.
