Ajay Devgan and Kajol were at the hill-stations in Lonavala and Khandala (a few kilometres from Mumbai) to support the initiative taken up by Kajol’s mother Tanuja, who has been living in Lonavala and working towards the development of the hill station – in an effort to make it a more beautiful and clean place for tourists.
Talking to the media at the ‘Clean Lonavala’ event, Kajol said “I used to come here (Khandala and Lonavala) regularly when I was a kid. It was a very beautiful place.. but what I see today is not necessarily better. I do feel progress is necessary to grow, it is the way forward, but it should be done with responsibility”
